The traditional classic Sichuan dish Mapo Tofu/ Ma Po Dou Fu recipe made at home!

Ingredients:
Pork/Beef: 150g
Spring Onion: 1
Dried Chilli: 2 (add more if you like it spicy)
Garlic: 2 cloves
Tofu/Beancurd: 400g
Corn flour 8g + Water 10ml
Salt: 1tsb
Chilli Bean Sauce: 1-2tsb
Light Soy Sauce: 1tbsp
Oyster Sauce: 1tbsp
Sugar: 1tsp
Dark Soy Sauce: 1tsp
Water: 200ml
Oil:1tbsp
Sichuan Peppercorn Oil: 1tsp (add more if you like numbness flavour)
Method:
1. Chop Tofu, garlic, dried chilli, spring onion and meat
2. Boil tofu and add salt
3. Warm up pan, add some oil, meat and stir fry both sides. Add garlic, dried chilli, chilli bean sauce, then water
4. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, and stir gently.
5. Add spring onion, corn flour and water mix and Sichuan peppercorn oil
6. Serve and enjoy
