I think Alex fails to realise, that the advice cannot be generic for males and females all the time. Our brains are wired differently. A woman who chases is being masculine and subconsciously it will turn a lot of men off. If you are teaching men to wait for women to initiate, you are telling men to go against their nature of being the pursuers. I understand when guys are extremely shy or insecure, they may need a woman who initiates more but generally this wont work. Some of Alex's advice is contradictory and doesnt take into account male and female psychology. We are not the same. He may have success with women initiating, but how long do these relationships last? They were easy victories but never last because deep down it's a turn off when a woman chases.
