I have been facing similar issue with my skin since last 2 years...itching and flareups same as you shown especially after evening.....tried various doctors....ayurvedic, allopathy, homeopathy...and after trying multiple things, it came out to a conclusion that i have vitamin d deficiency. When i take vitamin d supplements especially during colder months, i dont see those small bumps and flareup. So please get your vitamin d test done.
