Easy Homemade Maamoul Cookies Recipe.
Ingredients
Semolina - 1kg Fine
Ghee - 300g Melted And Warm
Butter - 100g Melted And Warm
Vegetable Oil - 1/4 Cup
Luke Warm Water - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Yeast - 1/2 Tbsp
Sugar - 160g
Water - 1/2 Cup
Rose water - 1/2 Cup
A.P Flour - 150g
Milk Powder - 125g
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1 Tsp
Dates - 1 KG ( Deseeded )
Cinnamon Powder - 1 Tsp
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Bake At 230c For 10 Minutes
Until Tops are Golden Brown.
