Same here. Hamlet has been one of my favorite Shakespeare works even before Mabinogi's rendition. And im used to him being like Mel Gibson with violently blonde hair. I think this appearnce was much more befitting of Shakespeare's play. 3 things back in those days sold plays. teen sex, violence, and the supernatural. Hamlet being an adult (like mel gibson) just never felt right. Here hes a young handsome prince.

This and a well timed short school Shakespeare English chapter got me reading several plays. I have this nasty habit of reading things too fast and not taking in everything, but there was something about bits of Macbeth and Othello that stuck pretty well.

I've tried transcribing it on Noteflight, but it's difficult because there are a lot of flourishes in it that the violinist does that can't be emulated on a sheet music reading program. It's difficult to transcribe by ear too because of that.
