I don't get why people think My Only Love suits the scene better. I do like that song but it's too cheesy for such a serious scene. This song has better lyrics and sets the mood. It's somber but peaceful, and actually mentions the Silver Crystal.

My Only Love was fine for an English song but Maboroshi no Ginzuishou was better as a Japanese song. The melody is fine but the lyrics are more difficult to translate into an English song. So they had to find another song.

The manga really can touch hearts. Sure, it is VERY different from the older anime, but you can make things connect. I personally didn't like the Mugen Arc, but the illustrations in the manga were so heart warming.

I like both this song and "My only love", they are different, but I think both of them work really well. I've seen that the japanese song appears on the french and german versions, I thought they would do an adaptation like it happened in latinoamerica (same music, spanish lyrics). This adaptation is awesome btw.

I prefer every Japanese version of Sailor Moon songs, though Latinoamerica has some good ones. Then I can understand what the song says. But I'd rather read the English lyrics, Spanish sounds kind of strange when you know how to understand it....

I'll be honest I really do feel that "My Only Love" Fit better for the scene, I mean this song is beautiful and having finally found a the lyrics, they sorta fit, but the melody/tone of the overall song didn't really get across that as far as she could tell her true love just died in front of her (-Though to be fair I need to watch Episode 30/34 again to make a full decision-)
