Seems to be such a beautiful person, what I really love about him, is that it´s no bullshit, no image. Just pure raw talent with large dose of humbleness. Thank you for being around. really.
@BeanySupreme987 жыл бұрын
Do you think there's a possibility that within that authenticity, there's a bit of an affectation to appease the fans that expect mac to be mac? I sometimes wonder if that's the case (which to some small degree I'm sure it is) but the guy definitely comes off as chronically chill and makes good music. Gotta appreciate that.
@MrFreeGman7 жыл бұрын
His image is precisely that lack of image. Kind of like Kurt Cobain.
@BeanySupreme987 жыл бұрын
MrFreeGman Definitely, man. I imagine it'd be testing for people like Demarco to keep up with fan's expectations to be a certain way. Like, can any of us really imagine a genuinely pissed off, raging Mac Demarco? (I can't) It's like that Father John Misty lyric that goes "a little less human with each release, closing the gap between the mask and me" Except this new album brings to surface other sides of Mac that show his humanity. Long story short, I don't know what the fuck i'm talking about and only Mac really knows who Mac is, hahaha
@washedinsilver17 жыл бұрын
Kind of my point. Thanks!
@washedinsilver17 жыл бұрын
He at least seems professional enough to leave that behind closed doors. If he gets annoyed lol. I just think he is really happy and humble about what he is doing and where he is in life :) Grateful I would call it :) Ofc, he has bad days like the rest of us and get tired of things. But to me, he dosen´t seem to be someone that lashes out rather walk away from the moment. It´s very telling for example about how he chosen to deal with his father.
