The week before he died I overdosed on Oxy mixed with fentynal, so I truly got what he was going threw, I finally got clean from it, I wish he could’ve too. He was such a huge part of me. Thats crazy. I think alot of us overdosed in that same time period. I had a crazy high tolerance to opiates and yet all the perfect variables aligned (sleep deprived, on benzos and lingering amphetamines) on Dec 25th, 2018, where a small shot of some okay Heroin sent me into a seizure and i blacked out for 5 mins before waking up to 5 EMTs in my living room surrounding me and asking me questions. That shit was scary. Especially cause i remember the moments right before as my tunnel vision started and I was completely unable to control my body or will myself to stay conscious no matter how hard i tried. Actually what was scary about it the most was how peaceful it felt.

Lost a friend to suicide in 2014 who really loved Mac's music...damn this was his favourite album by Mac and every time I hear this song it reminds of Lee so much. Music really transcends time. Thanks for the memories Malcom😌
