I just received this foundation two days ago. I was totally skeptical of liking it, as I typically prefer full coverage foundations. I am 53 and have age spots, to deal with. I wore it to work Friday, putting it on at 6:30 a.m. Let me say.....I am in love with this foundation. I don't know what it is about it, but it makes my skin look so healthy. It wears on me beautifully, providing coverage, but it has a very light weight feel to it. I do use more than one application, concentrating more on my cheek area where I have age spots. I am returning my Marc Jacobs Remarcable Full Coverage Foundation because this MAC foundation outperforms that one and is cheaper. I got my usual MAC shade of NW20 and it is a spot on match to my other NW20s in Pro Longwear and the Pro Longwear waterproof foundations.

Whenever I see people using sheer foundations like this one or the Armani foundation, I always think it looks fantastic on people who have naturally flawless skin. But I need a foundation that will actually cover discoloration or hyper pigmentation. If a foundation is created that actually looks like skin (as this one does) AND covers blemishes, I'd be so thrilled. Hard to get the best of both worlds. The quest continues!

Yes..... Is true that.! I use the nars all day luminous......foundation and I loved.... I have dark spots and its so so so gooooodddd covers perfectly and is very light which I like even more, I recommend it 100% 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

You should totally try este Lauder double wear and great for oily skin. Most long lasting and full coverage and you need a little bit so it doesn't become non skin like. And also too faced born this way

I have been using this foundation for about a month now and I love it. It feels almost weightless and I only have to apply one layer of foundation which I absolutely love! I have combination skin with a sensitive skin with an oily T-zone and have had no issues with this foundation. It lasts about 6 hours before I have to blot it but that's not a problem. Love, love, love this...way to go MAC!

I did buy this foundation this weekend and I wore it in a very warm and humid day here in Brazil, which is pretty hot, and I loved it. I have oily skin and acne scars and a lot of redness, and I was very satisfied with result

i have quite bad acne scars but find when i wear full coverage it looks nasty and bumpy. i actually dont mind seeing the bumps on my face and love the foundations that give me a natural look and kinda just blur any redness. i may try this

My favorite MAC foundation is the pro-longwear the one in the pump bottle not the waterproof one. It keeps me matter than any other foundation and it doesn't look caked on. I love the coverage it doesn't brake me out and I'm acne prone. I absolutely love it. It's holy grail status.

great review! !! I like the foundation so far. I just bought it. it also doesn't oxidize as much as other MAC foundations. the color was a true match and stayed that way. it's Def not long wearing... I can get a good 8 hour wear out of it but after that I look oily. good foundation for winter...

+TrinaDuhra It is medium to full coverage. I'm combo skin (oily t-zone) especially in the summer so I have to use a mattifying primer on the t-zone but I think once the colder weather comes in I should be fine. But I love it!!!

I just picked this up the other day with the "designated" brush. It definitely needs to be worked into the skin, I think I may prefer applying it with a beauty blender, but I am in love with it. I got NW13 and it matches me perfectly.

I like something that could go from sheer coverage to full coverage so I only need ONE foundation instead of 50. I loved this in the store, and I plan on buying it with my next check. But, for full coverage, I'd probably use a color correcting primer under it and it's really good for if you use a heavy concealer under the eyes.

they gave me a sample. I love how it feels on my skin. Its light and hydrating but its too dewy for my skin type that it made my face look oily :( i don't recommend it for combination/oily skin Its best for sheer skin types

This foundation looks amazing! I have combo skin and don't mind the "luminosity" but knowing that it won't last at least 10 hrs is a deal breaker for me! Favorite MAC foundation is the regular Prolongwear....their newest nourishing waterproof one is a very close second, only downfall is that it oxidizes a bit which is fine now since I'm still a little tanned but come November, I'll have to mix with NC35 since they don't have NC40 :/. Which is another deal breaker for me - I really don't like mixing shades! LOL #newsubscriber
