Good to see a MAC still relies heavily on people as part of the building process, machines are great for accuracy but to know man and woman power was part of the process makes me respect their products more. I'm sure a lot of the processes carried out by workers could be done by robots but they chose not to...respect!

Did you notice that only one lady had a mac t-shirt on the rest of the workers had nothing saying mac on there clothing thats because that factory ain't a mac tool factory they just make boxes for mac and other tool brands at least snap on is made by snap on but dont get me wrong it is still made in the USA and that's good your keeping it in your country in the UK manufacturing is so expensive so not many places manufacturing anymore

I pretty sure this is a mac owned factory, but I wouldn't be surprised if vidmar or lista stuff is made there as well.

My macsimizer came with weld drips all on the inside that scratched the anodized pulls when you open the drawers. The pulls were different shades of blue. Top two big drawer slides were bent to the point the drawers wouldnt open. They also sent it with the wrong color emblems. Quality control must have been off that day. Been waiting 6 months or so for the new warranty replacement box. Confidence is down for the quality I will receive this time. Worst part is my dealer has to eat the cost of the box.
