I do not think it was the drugs that did Rich in, the uppers and pep ones might have contributed a little. He was simply big. Huge. Heart don't care if pure muscle or fat, past a certain size the heart just is under too much strain. Meth may, probably will, aggrevate the problems, but steroid allowed him to get that huge to where it became a problem.
