I've been working on this for a while also. Started with the weird backward cartwheel thing and am slowly working on straightening my hips out. It's great to see videos like this where someone else is working through the learning process as opposed to the finished product.

Great walk-through of your progressions mate. I have been stuck as a result of being unable to bring my pelvis over my hips so interesting to see how you are tackling it.

It looks like you are very close. It might help if you point your first hand on the ground more towards your feet to lead your hips over your head and not your side. It looks like you are pointing it sideways. Also have a friend spot you to support your middle center back to get use to it. Good luck and keep at it.
