Thrasher Skater of the Year. 3rd person to win that honor with Tony Hawk 1st / Danny Way 2nd. Cards is truly on another level. One of the baddest mutha F'ers to ever walk this planet.....

John Cardiel has always been into mountain biking, and just all around being a lunatic! I'm stoked to see that after his injury he continued to pursue his passion, despite what doctors wanted for him. John Cardiel is a true legend, and inspiration. He is gonna be balls to the wall gnarly no matter what you put underneath him. Skateboarding is missing you, but thankful that we all get to enjoy you in some ways!

I work at a place down the street from Land Park in Sac on Broadway and John has come in numerous times! The first time i was blown away that it was really him and now we are homies. He comes in every now and then and hes such a down to earth guy to talk to. Inspiring that hes been on a bike after what happened to him and amazing that hes so cool as a person too.

DAMN! Bless Cardiel, I almost cried thinking of how cool and accomplished that man is. I've looked up to him for over 5-6 years from skateboarding now Im thinking of getting a fixie and he's been rocking them! Its so nice to see skateboards and bicycles mesh.. sex is what I call it.

@selager09 Cardiel is way more of a BEAST at life than anyone in this video. I bet nobody else in this video is partially paralyzed with a f-ed up spine from being run over by a car, they told him he would never walk. He can't really work his left leg very well, so a fixed gear works best for him. Dude ripped in harder than anyone in the history of skateboarding, now he is ripping it biking with much less mobility than most people. RESPECT.

@rayheartsluts That sounds like a really nice setup. People may think "OMG, $1500 for a 725tr?!?!". Even tho it is fully equipped I think it would sell faster with a cheap wheelset on there and sell the bike for $700-800. You can easily get 450 for the HED-3 and $150-200 for the Aerospoke. I think it would sell much quicker if people could buy a 725tr for $800ish.
