Macaroni & Cheese + Cherry Cheesecake Mukbang

Today i'm eating Macaroni & Cheese with Cherry Cheesecake for a mukbang I hope you enjoy!
Still on the look out for the perfect mac and cheese recipe so i'm not going to link the recipe because I felt like it was missing something. Sorry Alton Brown but your recipe wasn't all that and a bag of chips.

Junior's cheesecake is the best and you can generally find them at Kroger in the freezer section for $10. It has a sponge cake crust rather than graham cracker. The original Junior's recipe is online too and I made it last year for Thanksgiving and Christmas and it was amazing. A pain in the ass, but so worth it!

A great comfort food mukbang. Right down to the "chocolate flavoured milk beverage". I've never thought of pairing mac 'n cheese with pickles but I can see how the acidity would cut through the richness of the cheese to overcome flavour fatigue. I know this is a while ago but something I learned when I was cooking is that even though grating your own cheese is time consuming if you look at the bags of shredded cheese they are coated in potato starch I guess that’s so they don’t stick together and that’s why they are grainy anyway grating block cheese for mac & cheese is better because it’s always better quality cheese so well done good job
