This actually tastes like the ones I bought on cafeterias, like $4 for a slice. This taste heaven!!!!!!!! I used all purpose cream instead of whipping cream but it's still good. I baked it at 220 c, bottom heat for 30 mins then turn 250 c for 10 mins after baking it for 30 mins for extra burnt. THANK YOU NINO FOR THIS RECIPE!!

First time I made this and it turned out good. The reason I choose this recipe because I only had 250g cream cheese and it use 60g sugar which the lowest amount of sugar among all recipes that I've found. To make it burnt, I turned up the heat to 250 degree c at the last 5 minutes on top shelves and my cake burnt out beautifully.

Tip that applies to 99.999% of cooking recipes that ever existed that Im shocked not every human knows: you could always change the ammounts in a recipe if you maintain the same ratios. So if there is a recipe that uses 1 kilo of cream cheese and makes a cake that is way too big. You could just use half the measurements for all the ingredients so only 1/2 kg of cheese and half the sugar and half the eggs and so on....and youll have the perfect cake mix for a cake that is half the size.... or quarter the size.. or any size you would like. Double it up and make a giant cake or a giant vat of pasta or a baked fish in sauce dish that is 4 times larger portion than the recipe to feed a whole family. It applies to every recipe you can think of.

I had a go at making this after watching this video, its like a cross between an egg custard tart (brits will know) and a Creme Brulee. It is super rich but really good. If you eat it at room temperature it will have more of a wobbly gelatinous texture or after sitting in the fridge it will have a more thick creamy texture....both are really nice but I think I prefer it chilled. Highly recommended.

It firms up within a couple of hours, it was my first time making it so I can't really make any recommendations, although I did add a teaspoon of vanilla flavouring, I also ate the whole thing myself lol
