Ingredients and Measurements:
1 package macaroni noodles
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
3 cups sharp cheddar/ Trini cheese (for the mixture and for topping)
2 tbsp. butter
2 pimento peppers chopped
hot pepper (optional)
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
salt/pepper to taste

I'm a new subscriber and I love the way you do your cooking videos! Did you ever make it with the small elbow macaroni, and do you butter the pans? I've never tried it with minced garlic or pimento, I will have to give that a try. Keep up the great work, you are a very talented cook!
