Yeah they work fine but if you want especially for 3diting I would suggest you to go with the 16 gb otherwise 8 gb is good too if you do not rune other apps in the background

It's much safer than any other platforms because apple Indian website is purely managed by apple team which is completely safe and the dilivery boy was also nice he asked me for a code then only he handed me the MacBook, so don't be afraid I have ordered it for 1 lakh 6 thousand rupees done via a debit card

yeah you can, it runs through rosetta (a translating software), Eitherway the companie are gonna be providing us with the native versions of their softwares soon that would be more compatible with the M1 chips, since from now on Apple is just gonna use M1 chips as we all know.
