0:30. Very bad idea! NEVER use a screwdriver or another metal piece on the backcover screw holes to open it. You can ruin the screw threads or something else inside your Macbook and your screws will never hold anymore!! You should use a suction cup for this. It hurts when I see this...

gosh they made this harder, i remember the 2012 macbook pro could be opened by removing the screw and pulling from the top with no effort, this is harder, but i managed it.

use the tool at the bottom of this kit. pay attention to the grip(?)- the shiny metal comb near the ventilation holes. You need to slide it back toward the side of the notebook BEFORE pressing clips back.

Whilst you had successfully demonstrated the removal, I mainly don't like the suggestion of using metal tools. A screwdriver in the screw hole? You can damage the surrounds of the screw hole. Second: the metal knife.... Really? This type of knife (in the video) has snap-blades. There is a risk of injury. If you are going to do this, use a plastic spudger tool.

I must be a an idiot but I managed to cut myself every single time I pull it - it doesn't come off easily, and the aluminium edge can make an ugly cut if you're not careful.
