You can put all the speed limits you want but the idiots choose to ignore them because they are so selfish. Until they have a friend or relative killed they will not care. Speeding is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by government and hard penalties put into place. Until serious action is taken it will unfortunately continue causing more heartache for people.
