The ally drink is basically the "Purple Rain" or "Purple Punch" drink we'd make when I was "totally old enough to drink" for field parties with fruit. We'd fill up jugs of the stuff and toss em in a cooler with ice. If you weren't there for the beer, there was always the purple punch. If we had extra cash to be fancy we'd make a vodka version and a tequila version, then just sharpie the side and lid so you'd know which one you were getting. Definitely an easy drinker that was always a hit for the drinking games.

A sangria is an unblended wine and fruit cooler, essentially. It can have other alcohol and other ingredients besides that too, and usually red wine is used, but any wine works. In Spain, where the drink is from, they seem to put some of the chopped fruit in the glass when they serve the drink. But I've never had one, that's just what I've read about it and seen in pictures :3
