If you are using stepper motors, they have more torque at low speeds; you may have to lower your feed rate or your acceleration in Motor tuning to determine or overcome the problem. The problem, if your CNC has worked well in the past at your current speeds could be lubrication issues, debris on the Axis slides, and worn or misaligned Axis components. You will have to investigate further to find the solution.

I looked like it was a problem with the long USB cable. Once I put back the one I was using before it came back to normal. Thank for the advice ;)

😅 A CNC machine that I use to cut G10 and Carbon fiber for my crawlers. I have to try aluminum and brass one of these days...

Im not surprizing its going on hyper mode, your Feed is 36000.0 ms per second i would come from warp drive to earth drive and settle for 1200 :)

I think en the configuration of moto tuning, reduce the speed

Pode ser a comunicação por USB experimenta com outro computador. O melhor mesmo é ter um controlador dedicado.

Mudei o PC para cima da caixa da CNC e coloquei um cabo mais pequeno. Parece que resolveu o problema.

probably is the longer usb cable, I had some weird experiences like yours when flashing MCUs/3d-printing via cheap usb cables.

Yes... Looks like that was the issue. I moved the Desktop to the top of the CNC box and installed the shorter cable. Looks like it fixed the problem, to my surprise...
