One small correction. There is fourth Macarius type. Macharius Omega, unfortunately it’s no longer “legally” available. Also technically Praetor armored assault launcher, Crassus armored transport and Gorgon heavy assault transport are also part of Macharius tree

For me the Macharius is THE Krieg tank, it only came back into use by Forgeworld Lucius when they had to meet the demands of equipping Krieg's regimentsSo it does have a pretty special connection with that regiment. Fantastic paintjob as usual and the chevrons came out really lovely! So keen to see the next army showcase when all these tanks are finished.

The model looks good and I don't think you overdid the weathering at all. Most photos of tanks I have seen that are in action show them to be very muddy and dusty. Thanks for sharing this.

I think the chevrons look great, you always need that extra something to tie everything together for your tanks that's chevrons/dozer blades and since you couldn't put a dozer blade on it then the chevrons needed to be somewhere else the those side panels looked like they were screaming for something to take up the space. I love watching you go through your backlog for your army, do you have any lore for this regiment? Anything that's made them special? I think it'd be awesome to hear next time you work on a tank Great video as always Andy :)

Love this tank and super nice paint job. Not sure about the stripes though, i haven't put any on any of my vehicles as they just don't belong on armoured vehicles

@MediocreHobbies Well, I was really enjoying your videos, and I agree that the Macharius Vanquisher is one of if not the best Warhammer tanks. 👌 You are correct. The difference between us is that I build/paint for parades and museums. I keep my convertible spotless in my garage with multi coats of shiny wax. If you go back to pristine instead of diorama painting, please let me know.
