This was how Glass House hit me too, homie. I dont think id really felt anything for a long time (depression) and then suddenly it was like my nerves were on the outside and i was feeling too much. MGK cut himself open for this one.

I remember MGK from years back, he's always been deep with his songs, he wanted to try and bring him and all his fans together. Lace Up. He used to be worried about the '27 Club', even though he might not have been a statistic for the 27 Club, he could still become a general statistic... and that's something I don't want to see. I'll always respect him as an artist, and I hope he's alright, and if not can get through whatever he's going through. It can be a tough fight..

Thanks for the genuine reaction; it hit me in my feels too. I lost my mom of an unexpected heart attack on May 16th and then I lost my dad of stage 4 cancer on September 23rd.
