Whoever the director was for these is a genius. The hard cuts, hard lighting and hard actor are all brilliant. Some of the best synth demos/tutorials I've seen. If this was done in-house by Elektron, they should consider farming out their video production staff to the bigger manufacturers for extra scratch! :P

Thanks for sharing this. I've used md over an year and this was first time I figured parameter locks can be used in real time recording :D
@neotokyo48608 жыл бұрын
When doing the parameter change on a single track didn't realize you had to have the "extended " button on Thanks for pointing that out... Hector!!!!

how has this not gone viral or am i not on enough synth gear social media accounts?
@newsourcetechno57772 жыл бұрын
It definitely went viral it was just unspoken. The Machinedrum and the monomachine have defined Hyperpop as a genre. BIPP by SOPHIE was made mostly using a monomachine

@jjmstick Yes, you can call that a Hi-Hat ! That's electro music, not rock'n'roll ! And try one of these before thinking that it is a waste of money. And please send a link where I can hear your beats, just to compare what you mean ;)

well, a friend has one - he loaned it to me to play around with... within minutes I had it completely frozen and in need of a hard reset. Funny thing, he loaned it to another friend a few days before and the same thing happened. Neither of us are what I'd call amateurs, either. I wonder if there's something wrong with the unit? The self test function says "no". Not a good start, Elektron, especially for the price of this thing.

+Paul Kern I just got one of these and have probably put about ten hours into it so far. I haven't experienced any freezing of the unit so I would assume its probably defective.

It's like James Bond went to work for Kraftwerk instead of MI6... who *is* this guy? (Cool product, too, real-time interface superior to laptop drum machine IMO...)
