I have a section of timber from the boreplant that was being restored in 2017. We camped in historic Hermannsberg for a few nights with others from Pt Lincoln who were also restoring other pieces of equipment used by pioneers and missionaries. Horsham team had returned home a short time before we arrived. Good to see these projects. Thanks.

Hi there Barry. Thanks so much for sharing and watching the video and leaving a comment. I've got a bit of footage from Hermansberg back when they were building the 'new' church back in the 60's I think. Is great to see this historic equipment being restored etc. I'm working away on another video about the history of water in the area etc.. just trying to find the time to complete it is the challenge! Thanks for comment.. encourages me to keep going!

Will have to go to this museum. Machines from that era are 'alive' and seem to work for ever..... no electronics that gives way 🤓

Yeah after I got near finishing it...I thought I should have made it a bit longer...but didn't want to bore people so kept it moving...in future though I'll work on going 10 minutes plus! I'm now working on the longer version of the Drilling Rig story...so that one will have more depth in it! Thanks again.
