This case is a work of art. Everything you did with it shows a mastery of the medium. The only problem I had was your service of the movement. Little too liberal with the oil in it. I suspect it will need to be cleaned again soon. Beyond that, I'm just gobsmacked on how beautiful the case turned out.

Fantastic work as always, I gotta say that because of my own tastes and slight OCD I'm not a fan of watches with no hour marks but I absolutely love the band having exactly one hole in it, really gives it a nice clean look that I've never seen in a watch before.

I think he was checking to make sure water couldn't leak in. You can't just put it in a small amount of water as the weight of the water in day a pool or lake creates pressure, hence the compressed air he was using.
