5:16 Were there no 'glue lines', when gluing up those smaller pieces of aluminum? Looks like it was all one piece to begin with.

Just had to machine some large (100" x 24" x 6") molds out of tooling foam where I had to machine all six sides and wanted to do it in 2 ops. Used some edge clamps and it worked really well. Definitely another great option for large or stepped parts.
