When ready, slap the stomach (not required actually) while letting the air out your nose and lean slightly back while clutching your abs Add in camera angle and you'll get similar results. Some of them could be on stuff but none screamed substance abuse. I could certainly believe some were/are on "TRT" but I can promise you none of them had used tren for any peroid of time. Even a low dose of tren has profound effects in muscles with lots of androgen receptors. Most of these physiques could be obtained drug free for most men and for those with exceptionally bad genetics or hormone issues they could achieve these results with very conservative doses of testosterone alone or test and a mild compound. Just as psa for anyone curious.

I was sent here by the random rabbit hole. Greetings. Yo. Clothes ripping from muscle growth is a real thing. First thing to go is typically the buttons... Sleeveless shirts are especially nice at that point because the muscles (especially in the shoulders) generate so much heat it can be hard to keep cool and the fact it's sleeveless typically means it's easier to move rather than being constricted. Having a gusseted crotch in pants/shorts is also important for being able to move well. Wait... Tenma is 130cm? That's tinier than my nephews that I pick up by the feet with one hand and proceed to tickle their bellies with the other hand. (Tenma Cute. Yes, I cosplay, too.)

I feel your pain brother, got degenerative disc disease myself (thanks genetics) so any time I lift I can feel my vertebra grinding against each other, despite being younger than you my back likewise looks/feels like a one of a 75+ guy as well.
