Really impressed by how good he is at tipping pucks considering he’s such a skilled player. He really does play a lot like Crosby
@ProdigyHighlights5 ай бұрын
Also the biggest thing that stood out to me. He can casually redirect into corners, 5 hole, wherever he likes forehand and backhand. Having a front-of-net skillset to go along with all the other rush and 5-man skills, it's really rare at the pro level, let alone a rookie.
@Carrissvmf5 ай бұрын
He's pretty far off of Crosby let's be real for a second
@Isaias-v3x5 ай бұрын
@@Carrissvmf I’m not saying he’s as skilled. They just play a similair game. Obviously macklin isn’t on Crosbys level.
@janbrittenson2105 ай бұрын
They're excellent, but he should habitually turn to face the net for rebounds no matter which side he tips on. Edit: oh, and also immediately enter a wider-legged, deeper power stance, because the next thing to happen is someone significantly bigger is going try to shove him the h*ll out of there.
@Isaias-v3x5 ай бұрын
@@janbrittenson210I agree but u gotta remember this is no where near being his bread and butter it’s a really raw skill for him but with some coaching it could become a strength in his game at the nhl level

How can Celebrini NOT turn pro? He reminds me of Jumbo, a smooth skater who sees the entire ice. Helluva pickup...
@v4v8195 ай бұрын
Jumbo definately should have stayed in the minors for one or two more years... He was a late bloomer and i really think being rushed into the NHL at 18 stifled his development and he probably would have came into his own a few years earlier than he did had he spend just one or two more years in the minors to develop his game and gain maturity and confidence...

Can a returning active player play in an Alumni game? Asking for a friend. Now with the addition of Clowie as Asst. GM, the Sharks have most of their alumni team in -house - Patty, Jumbo, Ricci, Nabby - who am I missing?

More complete a player albeit less spectacular... Potential to be a top 6 two-way forward with defensive responsibility blended with offensive upside- he has the potential to be a poor man's Jonathan Toews, and a top 6 forward in the league with a peak upside of a point per game, if he can live up to his projection!
