It's awesome to find Videos like these now that show so much of old world history. My Grandfather was a McClain and his wife a Robertson. He was always so into his heritage. Sadly the video is right. Not many take the time to learn about their Family history. It's been informational and fun so far for me.

My great-gramma was a McCormick (Ulster-Scot sept of the MacLaines of Lochbuie). I'm proud to be a member of the clan and look forward to meeting my fellow clanmates one day.

My paternal grandmother was a McClain . My maternal grandmother was a Murphy ( from County Cork ) and the Pittengers left Nottinghamshire in 1665.

Wow, wonderful information about a clan I have just found out, as a Macaulay, I am descended from! Up until recently, we attended the Highland Gathering and Kilt run every year here in Perth, Western Australia and still, faithfully watch the Edinburgh Tattoo each year, in honour of my Mum and her Scottish heritage. Since this new discovery I am keenly following up on information provided by a cousin who recently made contact.
