My D.O.A is 04.03.1983 as clerk and I was selected as Sr.clerk against 13.1/3% graduate quota through RRB/ALD on 21.2.1985 thereafter I never got any promotion/ACP/MACP till date please give me can I entitle for any ACP/MACP as per Railway rules ? waiting for yr reply.

I appointed as ALP in 3050-4590 in year 2005 After that became sr.ALP in 11.06.08 in RS.7730/- then promoted LP Goods by selection in 06.11.09 ,LP Pass. in 07.09.12 LP M/EXP in 04.04.17 , can I got GP 4600 in year 2019 or not ?🙏🙏

Sir, I was appointed in Security Deptt (RPF) in the year 1998 as a Constable and promoted to ASI/RPF in Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- (Level-5) in the year 2010 and Medically Decategorized in 2016 and absorbed as Stenographer Gr-III in Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- (Level-4) giving Protection of Pay Rs. 400/- since Level-5 is not available in Stenography. Now my MACP is due. Sir, now I am confused whether I will be upgraded to Level-4 or Level-5. Please guide me.

1 query:- 1 person appointed in 1998 in scale of 5000-8000 which is equal to 9300-34800+4600 (6cpc). After 12 year that is in 2010, he got ACP promotion in scale of 9300-34800+4800 (6cpc). In 2018 (that is after 20 years of regular service), regular promotional orders have come in scale of 9300-34800+4800. Our assumption:- If he wait for another 2 years that is 2020; he will get 1 more MACP promotion (10 years gap)in scale of 15600-39100+5400. If dey accept present regular promotion, Dey need to wait another 10 years to get promotion under MACP since regular promotions are very very rare & late. If they accept present regular promotion also, der wil not be any monetary benefits know bcoz d same payment was already fixed Under MACP in 2010 itself Please reply Wat's ur advice

Sir it is to mention that I join railway on 17/4/1995 as trade apprentice , after training absorbed as skill artisan and then selected as apprentice mechanic . Sir after training absorbed as charge man grd.B in the year Jan. 1979 . Sir in the year 9/10/1995 in the grd 2375-3500 . Sir in 6 th CPC 4600 grd pay is given. Sir I retiered in the same grd pay in the year 31/8/2006. Sir please let know ACP is given or I am entitled for the MACP as you are speaking. Hope fully you help the retired. I joined as Jr. Asstt/Typist i the year April 1995 with 1320-30-1560-2040 scale (5th Pay commission) in a University in New Delhi. After completing of 10 years (i.e. April 2005) I was fixed in GP 2800/-. In the year Feb 2013 I changed cadre from Administration to Library as a new recruit/post but in the ssame GP 2800/- in the same university without any break. Am I eligible for MACP in the year 2016 after completing another 10 years in the same grade pay. Kindly give your valuable suggestion. Thanks for your cooperation
