आदरणीय महोदय, कृपया एक महिला कर्मचारी के खिलाफ मामले के संबंध में हमें अपना मार्गदर्शन दें। वह महिला समय पर ड्यूटी नहीं आती है. वह कार्य वितरण में शामिल होने नहीं आतीं। वह पूरे दिन कोई काम नहीं करती। वह महिलाओं के कमरे से बाहर नहीं आती। वह समय से पहले ही अपनी ड्यूटी छोड़ देती है। अतीत में, उसने कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ भी आरोप लगाया था। सभी पर्यवेक्षक उसके खिलाफ लिखने से डरते हैं। सारा स्टाफ भी गवाह बनने से डर रहा है

प्रणाम sir, क्या किसी रेल कर्मचारी को 2 बार remove from service एक ही offence के लिए किया जा सकता है। 1900 grade pay के एक कर्मचारी को aden/line द्वारा remove from service किया गया जो अनुशासनिक अधिकारी थे। अपीलीय अधिकारी DEn/1 के द्वारा revoke कर दिया गया। पुनः दो वर्ष बाद उसी case में remove from service कर दिया गया, क्या ये सही है

Sir mujhe 08.10.2022 ko "03 increments will be stopped without cumulative effect" ka punishment mila or 18.10.2022 ko departmental exam se level 01 se level 2 ka promotion mila. Ab mera fixation hoga ya nhi???

Rule 14 (ii) is as under:- Where the disciplinary authority is satisfied, for reasons to be recorded by it in writing, that it is not reasonably practicable to hold an inquiry in the manner provided in these rules; or In accident cases, generally fact finding inquiry has to be conducted. Depending upon the recommendations of the inquiry, erred persons will be taken up under DAR inquiry. Rule 14 (ii) will be invoked only in case where it is reasonably not practicable to hold an inquiry. What is the impractability to hold inquiry has to be defined. Withholding of annual increment for a period exceeding 3 years is a major penalty . This penalty can be imposed only on completion of inquiry under rule 9.
