My impression from first episode is, that Smart Hulk is experienced, knows he's action's consequences and everything he was doing, was just for show case. When Jen as inexperienced, newbie and younger cousin wanted repeat everything in a better way. I loved that. And about yoga. I doubt Hulk with his body structure could done same moves. Jen's body structure is more elastic, imo.

Jen has the luxary of not having to wrestle with another self compared to Hulk and Banner who struggle to hold the wheel. So for Banner its safer to stay on the island if the other guy takes the wheel, besides he doesnt have anyone anymore, Tony dead/ Steave dead/ Blackwidow love dead. I would kinda hope Banner to stay around Tonys kid to at least tell some things about her dad or their adventures.

Apparently most fans of the MCU aren't aware that Bruce Banner had a mentally and physically abusive father. Bruce had a dissociative identity disorder BEFORE he became the Hulk. That's why he was so out of control. "I'm always angry."

She-Hulk saying she has it harder than Bruce Banner She-Hulk: Don't mansplain me with this Hulk stuff, I already have to deal with men trying to tell me how to do my job Bruce's struggles: -Bruce was a human experiment since birth all the way to his childhood - His dad killed his mom. - The father of his first love hunted him down through all of the American continent back and forth. Not to mention the fact he couldn't get stressed in any way (incapable of getting angry or even getting laid). - He started to have a "normal life" in Calcuta, far away from any conflict, to get dragged once again for the greater good and suffer once again. - The second love of his life, dead. - One of his closest friends, dead. - Being forced by Wanda to destroy an entire city and a gigantic feeling of remorse after that. - Trapped in the body of his co-host in another planet for 2 years. Thanos beats him half to death. - Watch himself how half the f*cking universe banished from existence. - Lose an arm in order to get half of the universe back. - Still being afraid of losing control, and the feeling of guilt of all Hulk's past damage to the human race. - Fear that his beloved cousin has to go through the same ton of crap he went through. She-Hulk's struggles: - Being cat-called in the streets. - Get mansplained in her job. Seriously???

And the worst part about this scene is the fact even Jennifer acknowledges Bruce’s trauma and then brushes it aside like it wasn’t a big deal AND then goes on to say how men try to tell her how to do her how to handle her area of expertise while trying to tell Bruce how to handle his area of expertise. If you really listen to her, she just comes off as a hypocrite. But another thing people seemed to not notice or care about, was Jen was full of shit, she doesn’t know how to control her anger and they showed that by her hulking out at the end of the conversation. Then to top it off, the actual truth makes it all far worse. The only reason Jen can control it “better” is because Bruce was exposed to far more gamma radiation than she ever was. The Savage She Hulk run showed us what Jennifer Is like after more exposure and she’s exactly the same as Bruce is with Savage Hulk. Just another case of the writers forcing bullshit on the audience while not knowing or caring for the source material.

*Jen is still Jen as Hulk because She has no split personality like Bruce Banner* , If You can watch *HULK 2003 movie* (*I know it's not canon to MCU but that movie shows us the origin of Hulk perfectly and is comic accurate too and* , *I think MCU Hulk too has the similar origin story before the Gamma Accident* )there it's *stated Hulk is like his split personality created way before the Gamma accident when his Father abused him and also killed his Mother when he was very small kid(like Moon Knight)that's why Hulk behave like a baby or kid because he was created when Bruce was a kid or baby and also angry because of his traumatic past(abusive father and murder of his mother), Just Gamma ray triggered his angry personality to come out.* Also in comics too this happened and Jen doesn't have that traumatic past or split personality.

Jen's Hulk origin in the comics is different. Her Father was the Town Sheriff who ran afoul of a gang and while the family was out for a drive they were ambushed and shot up. Her parents were killed and Jenn was severely injured. In need of an emergency blood transfusion Bruce Banner, a blood type match donated knowing full well that something could go wrong.

The Sakaar spaceship from Thor Ragnarok, which I believe is Hulk's lover from that planet and she is tracking Hulk down by a tracking device implanted inside Hulk/Banner's body without Banner's knowledge. I think his lover is here to tell Hulk about their kid, yes Hulk was on that planet for 2 years and was a celebrity, so it's natural that he would have a love life. Hulk might have been acting up because Banner took him from his woman without knowing but most viewers thought it was because he got beaten by Thanos and was just scared but was lovesick. I believe that Banner didn't come to an agree with Hulk but found a way to suppress Hulk's persona without Hulk's approval. I believe before this series is over this strange Hulk lover will catchup with Dr. Banner while he is with his friends (Wong, She-Hulk, Abomination, Titania, Jessica Jones, Daredevil and Sam Wilson) celebrating at Banner's bar on his island that Wong transport everyone there. Hulk's lover step inside the room and She-Hulk ask her who she was and she replied the mother of Hulk's son Caiera and right after that Hulk take over Banner's body which expand in size from smart Hulk to savage Hulk siize, as soon as Hulk hear and see his lover and then he aggressively starts to attack everyone at this superhero party.... I will stop here because all of this is my theories some or all might be correct just take this information with caustion or just delete from memory.

This is a copy of paste from what I said on another reaction, but I figure it’s easier than rewording the explanation again for like the 3rd or 4th time. Hope nobody minds. Just an FYI since the MCU has never really touched on it and this version of Bruce doesn’t seem to have come to grips with it yet, but Bruce has DID like Marc Spector from Moon Knight does. The Hulk is an alter to Bruce like Steven is to Marc. Bruce was abused by his father as a child and witnessed his father kill Bruce’s mother. The Hulk is the alter Bruce created to deal with his anger, but Bruce suppressed this alter to the point he was unaware he existed outside of being a small voice in the back of his head. It wasn’t until the accident that caused him to transform that the Hulk was able to have his own body for the first time. Because Bruce didn’t become aware of Hulk until then he believed that Hulk was a symptom of the gamma radiation and didn’t understand his true nature as a result of his DID. This disconnect on the Hulk’s true nature is what caused Bruce so much trouble gaining control. Other “hulks” do not suffer the same issue. They can “lose control” at times but they don’t have a totally separate person they become like Bruce does. Bruce actually has other alters too. It may be that seeing how Jen quickly adapted to becoming a hulk may cause Bruce to re-examine himself and will lead to him discovering his DID. This version of Hulk is similar to a version of Hulk that existed in the comics prior to his DID diagnosis and it wasn’t so much that Bruce and the Hulk “integrated” like Bruce claims in this episode, but that Bruce was able to again suppress the Hulk while keeping the hulk body. Eventually the Hulk came back, so we may see the old Hulk again.

Why does Smart Hulk wear glasses? I mean, besides the stereotype that smart people wear glasses. Actually, people that wear glasses just have bad eyesight. The Hulk however is supposed to be the pinnacle of physical perfection (besides being green I mean) so his eyes would be just as heightened and strong as the rest of him. Therefore he wouldn't need glasses like the puny Banner would.

I wish someone would do a comics history catchup before some of these shows to give an idea of where these shows are going. This is probably the only time we will see Hulk. Maybe in the last episode but don't expect for any more of that. She Hulk is just different. In the start in the comics they tried to make her like Bruce but after Stan Lee began his exit from Marvel the writers really went their own way and we got the comedy and the 4th wall breaking character. Bruce has a split personality but Jennifer doesn't so no crazy half. This is just going to be a lighter show for all characters. I would expect to see more personality with Daredevil because even though I like the Netflix Daredevil they need to mellow him out some. Comics Matt Murdock can be fun. Honestly I would like to see a Deadpool cameo because Deadpool owes his existence in the comics to She Hulk having a good run in the 80s. Probably not though but I figure this series will be more light hearted and cameo filled.

Hulk as Savage Hulk is not a matter of control: he is another split personality because bruce as a kid was abused by his father, that savage hulk persona was created as part of that inner rage. Much like moon knight who has multi split personalities.

Why does Jen have better control over her transformations? There are multiple answers. The real-world reason is that when she transformed based on anger like Bruce, people kept making disgusting sexist PMS jokes, so Marvel quickly changed it so that she could control her own transformations. The original in-universe explanation was some supervillain did a chemistry thing. The explanation now is that Jen has more control because she doesn't have Dissociative Identity Disorder like Bruce and Moon Knight have. Bruce in the MCU has not been formally diagnosed yet. In the comic books, a psychiatrist named Doc Samson made the diagnosis if I remember correctly (don't quote me on that). She-Hulk walks a fine line between being sexy, while also making overt criticisms of the sexual portrayal of women in popular media. One time, she even broke the fourth wall to criticize the audience over the fact that they buy more comic books when there are sexy images of women in them. In-your-face feminist complaints are inherent to the source material, but so is being the thing she criticizes. She-Hulk is what feminists would call "sex positive." Her interest in Steve Rogers' virginity status is purely salacious. She correctly points out that Tony Stark is praised for having sex with lots of women, while she gets called nasty things for being open about her sexual appetites.

Weird considering she called him a genius in the car ride. Who wouldn't want to pick that guy's brain? I bet the whole show is going to show her that she doesn't have a handle on things as much as she believes she does. Then again, it could be totally meta...and that flash back we got was from her perspective and didn't happen quite like that. She put herself that way because that's how she see's herself. Bruce may have had a different side to that story she's telling us. Doubtful Marvel goes that route, but a possibility.

4:00 I think she could control it she was about to hit them..... its the second time she changed, not the first time, apparently she can control it according to her later in the episode, so she was about to straight up murder those fools for simply trying to talk to her at a sports bar where many guys go to congregate and where many women go to meet men. Just sayin' if she was in full control and was about to hurt those guys, what does that say about her? She's a psycho that will hit men just because they are trying to talk to her! She is hostile to all men, including Bruce and her co-workers that are male. Maybe her prejudice and hostility towards men on a daily basis is why she gets treated badly by men in response. I bet it's not the first time she treated her partner's lawyer unprofessionally, like absolute rubbish. No wonder that colleague of hers was uncertain if she can handle an important case because she comes across as unprofessional.
