The song is a longing to feel emotions as one did when they were young. As we get older, the intensity one feels can wane or disappear altogether. (and his wine) Since this is your first video newer than Wacken, you may have noticed a different drummer, his name is Kai Hahto. Original drummer ,Jukka Nevalainen, stepped away from performing in 2014 due to health issues caused by severe insomnia, but remains with the band in management. He called his friend ,Kai from Wintersun, to take over.

Troy Donockley is an amazing multi-instrumentalist. He's English and plays the Uilleann pipes (characteristic national bagpipe of Ireland which is inflated by means of a small set of bellows strapped around the waist and the right or left arm), tin whistle, guitar, keyboards, bass guitar, pump organ, bouzouki, cittern, bodhrán, mandola, harmonium, aerophone and vocals.

That IS a bagpipe…they’re called Uilleann pipes and are an Irish variety of bagpipes. Troy plays everything. In an interview, he was asked if there was anything he couldn’t play as well as he’d like to be able to, and his reply was, “ice hockey.”

Who can tell you better about the uillean pipes then the Master himself, Troy Donockley? This is from the documentary "Please learn the setlist in 48 hours" (as that was the message for Floor when she rushed to the US to join the band when Anette suddenly had to leave back in 2012). The organ pipes in the Wacken performances were not functional. Stage dressing for Tuomas's synthesizers. Not the same person as the piper btw.
