People need shows like mad tv and chapelle show. Stereotypes will always exist and if we cant make fun of ourselfs then we might aswell become robots locked in a mental prision. Only insecure people find this offensive. Be proud of who and what you are regardless of anything and always be willing to have a laugh about it, and by doing so you'll be an happier person.
@misanthropickitty64228 жыл бұрын
I agree
@redevilmao8 жыл бұрын
Emma Anderson The thing is everyday racism is being exaggerated already. The feedback from this video is a proof of that. When this show aired every1 had a laugh and didnt care about stereotypes, but now roughly 10 years later if you speak "black person" and "fried chicken" in the same sentence on TV every1 loses their minds. Racism is not being served at a restaurant because of your colour. Or some1 standing up at the bus because you sat next to them. But nowadays every1 gets offended at the minimal use of words that should be considered normal, and its making us a society of victims. Just look at this new season of MadTV that aired this year and compare to the older episodes. Its all so cringeworthy now just because of the political correctiveness.
@kimberlyhendricks63887 жыл бұрын

@redevilmao7 жыл бұрын
Fire Marchall Bill Stereaotypes exist from the common perception of a group of people, which in this case regards the african-americans, there's nothing false about it. We are unique as individuals but we share common traits with other people either from race, gender, nationality, profession, etc and thats where stereotypes come from. Being proud of yourself means you should also be proud of these common traits you share with others, and if you feel offended when someone from outside that group makes a satire about it then you are the racist\mysoginist\mysandrist\etc in my opinion. To me its racist to think that Artie Lange cant satire about about black people in this sketch just because he's white. This is as much funny as Chappelle playing the role of the stereotypical white newscaster as he brilliantly did in his show.
@JanetStarChild7 жыл бұрын
Don't go on talkin' like we can just pretend racism don't exist. It's so easy for white people to say "don't get offended! We're just joking". And usually these white boys are the most extreme case of hypocrisy. I never seena white boy be able to laugh at himself. Go to any black comedy video where white guys are the joke and then look at the comments down below.
