I had this happen to me. I made my guacamole for work many times. People loved it, so i thought it would be nice to bring it over for a gathering with my in-laws. That was the last time i ever treated my in-laws to my cooking. No one touched the guacamole. I took it home and got so upset that i dumped it out. The next day, i made a new batch for my work again. Everyone at work loved it. I thanked them and asked if there was anything i could do to improve it. Everyone said it was really, really good. I told one of my coworker that i brought this same type of guacamole to my in-laws, and none of them tried it. It broke my heart. Later, i found out it was not the guacamole they didn't like. They didn't eat my food because they didn't approve of me. 😢

Happened to me today. I kept looking over at the snack table to see whether people took some of my food. Why am I like this 😂

the real catch to this is that the reason they didn't want to eat it was because they knew there was a macaroni killer at large, but didn't want to offend her by accusing her of being the macaroni killer. that's why they didn't tell her why they didn't want to eat it.
