I lived in Austin 1982-1996 I watched her show on Austin Access cable television it was a call in show . I learned so much from her. Great show some nights were hilariously entertaining some callers would get so triggered. Shame what happened to her and her family due to a greedy ex worker over money. She opened my eyes and mind.

Here in California we don't have any of that "So help me, god" or swearing on a bible rubbish... So very glad I live in a moderately progressive state. I lived in Texas for two years... Felt more like twenty! What a nightmare!

Whenever we said the pledge of allegiance, when it got to the part where it says “One nation under god”, I would always say “One nation Underdog” (when I was a kid, there was a cartoon character named “Underdog”, a dog 🐶 in a super hero costume) 😂
