@flower road yes it was all confusing and I guess I know why Madame didn't save her because she seems too much hurt when ploy was holding her husband child or how she was smiling with her husband but yet Madame loved her very much in some way that's why she took care of child. Lot of plots were missing in this movie

@@stutikhanna987 agreed, if only they give us more plot and storyline behind why Ploy did all that things. It's just such a shame that they didn't give us any explanation about it. It's been a while we have such a promising horror movie with a nice plot twist.

@@geeaird7911 I agree with you. Ploy said SHE WILL DO ANYTHING THE MADAM ASK HER TO DO. And I noticed when she was with the madam's husband, her hands will shaky as she held the tea cup. She was nervous with the man. And when the man slept with the maid, the madam saw them through the glass door, but didn't put a stop to it, because it was all part of the plan. Not until she was overcome with jealousy. Even at that, at the final scene, she was overcome with regret and Ploy's ghost reaffirmed her affection for the madam saying, "I love you too". Her ghost never said anything to the man while he was dying. Because it was the madam she truly loved. She was only with the man because the madam asked her to. I just wish the writers made it more noticeable, and understandable to the slow watchers.
