This is a notice of foolishness of racism not only like skin color, but also like different nationality, religion, all type of diversity....Caparezza is one of few rappers, than not only do music, but also send important messages to people.

This song is about having an open mind (metaphorically represented by a literal alien immigrant) vs being afraid of change and looking only for comfort. caparezza isn't saying that having an open mind is better or anything like that - he isn't preaching anything or sending any message to the listener. Like in most of his songs, he's simply talking about himself and his way of being.
