Several songwriters tried to write the lyrics for this song, but these lyrics did not convince neither Mia Martini, nor the record company. So they decided to contact famous singer-songwriter Franco Califano and he wrote these wonderful lyrics inspired by then sentimental life of Mia Martini (it was 1973). The description of a situation of emotional dependence was made on purpose. This version is sung live, I prefer the studio version. A detail: this version was sung about 2 years after she had 2 surgeries to the vocal cords, before she had a softer voice.

great song. Written by Franco Califano, as well as "La nevicata del '56", another masterpiece which Mia Martini could really sing to the skies above. Califano was a real hero in the Italian musical scene: he was capable of writing and singing immortal songs, and as a true romantic he cared much more for women and fun, instead of money and fame. You could try and listen to his rough voice, look for Califano "Minuetto"

Ciao 😊 mi piace che ogni tanto riproponi i nostri migliori artisti specie quelli che non ci sono più 😢 devo dire che questa versione della canzone non mi è piaciuta molto 😔 ne esiste un'altra molto più struggente che probabilmente Mia fece in un momento più complicato della vita ( aveva una relazione complicata al tempo ) e infatti s percepisce tutto il suo dolore in quella esibizione .
