I point out that Pooh doesn't have a lead singer! They're a bit like the Beatles, they sing with 4 voices, and each of them has their own "repertoire" if we want to define it that way. Although most of the songs of the 70s were written and performed by the keyboard player (Roby), since the 80s the others have also collaborated in writing the lyrics (Red, Dodi & Stefano), often writing the songs together, such as Lettera Da Berlin Est, written by Red and Roby. Their voices have always alternated on records and live and blend into an excellent vocal mix and choirs!

My favorite Italian band! They wrote the history of Italian music, and you should listen to them live! After 57 years of career they are still on tour (I saw them last summer at the Olympic stadium in Rome) and they are still very good! This is the second lineup, the third and definitive one arrives in 1973 when the bass player is replaced and their progressive phase begins. In Italy they are considered the Italian Pink Floyd for the style of music they made from 1973 until 1980! Their career can be defined in Phases or Eras: 60s Beat, 1970/1972 Italian pop, from 1973 to 1980 progressive, from 1981 to 1985 pop-rock, from 1986 to 1992 80s/symphonic style and from 1994 to today a mix of genres. I recommend you listen to the live performances of some of their most successful songs including instrumentals and suites! Parsifal (Part 1 and Part 2), Lindbergh, Inca, L'ultima Notte Di Caccia e Viva!, Io e te per altri giorni, La gabbia (live), Rotolando Respirando (live), Il tempo una donna la città, and others which are their warhorses such as Piccola Katy, Chi fermerà la musica, Dammi solo un minuto, Stai con me, Uomini soli (with whom they attended Sanremo in 1990), Conterò per te, Noi due nel mondo e nell'anima and Pensiero (live)

It's almost impossible to find a live version from that time (almost all TV perfomances were playback , and Pooh's concerts weren't recorded and published back then). Preciso che i Pooh non hanno un cantante principale! Sono un po' come i Beatles, cantano a 4 voci, e ognuno di loro ha un suo "repertorio" se così vogliamo definirlo. Sebbene la maggior parte delle canzoni degli anni 70 siano state scritte ed interpretate dal tastierista (Roby) dagli anni 80 hanno collaborato anche gli altri alla stesura dei testi (Red, Dodi & Stefano) scrivendo spesso le canzoni a 4 mani, come Lettera Da Berlino Est, scritta da Red e da Roby. Le loro voci si alternano da sempre nei dischi e dal vivo e si amalgamano in un ottimo impasto vocale e cori!

Conosci la loro discografia almeno?😅 "brani progressive sono caratterizzati dall'utilizzo di tempi dispari e inconsueti, frequenti cambi di tempo, e variazioni di intensità e velocità nel corso di uno stesso brano" I Pooh ne hanno fatti di diversi, soprattutto tra gli anni 70 e 80

@@argilio3627 in base alla definizione invece direi che è proprio progressive😂 In più le consiglierei di ascoltare anche UN PO' DEL NOSTRO TEMPO MIGLIORE, POOHLOVER & ROTOLANDO RESPIRANDO. Con Boomerang siamo già in una fase più pop-rock, che continuerà con Viva per poi sfociare in ...Stop! e Buona Fortuna, dischi più frizzantini ma decisamente lontani dai sopracitati
