Absolutely, VIXX is an entity unto themselves. You began with BTS which I’d say are great at being applicable to whatever you are feeling at the moment. But with VIXX, you can be absolutely in a different mood altogether, and play one of their songs and be catapulted wherever it takes you. They are escapism at its most pure. They have some absolute emo drenched anthems and some of the most crystal laced bubblegum happiness explosions to be found. They are the awesome sauce on some of my best and worst days.

I have loved VIXX since before they had their name 😆 If you want the one closest in concept to this one, I'd probably go with "Hyde". They don't always do creepy concepts, they can do any & all & are excellent at all of them (obviously I'm extremely biased in my opinion but they never get enough credit for being amazing) This little Starlight is just overjoyed someone gave them a chance

I'm so glad you reacted to VIXX they're one of my absolute favourite groups ever and so underrated in the industry.. no thanks to their shitty company who never promoted them properly... but they're awesome and known as the Concept Kings in Korea for their insane concepts that groups do when they have comebacks with new music 🔥😎👌🏻🤴🏻

Since you've already got into Dreamcatcher and bow VIXX so I'd suggest FTISLAND they're a k-rock band but ppl usually put them on kpop-rock because they're from a entertainment company that has kpop groups too. And one new dark Kpop song I like a lot from last year: ONEUS - Come Back Home

I know this comment is late, but I didn't see anyone mention the meaning of the song in the comments. It talks about an abusive relationship where he (represented by the VIXX members) stays despite being hurt because he loves her so much. He basically says that "you can use me to take out your frustrations about the other guy hurting you." A lot of their songs explore this toxic relationship dynamic and I would really recommend reading some of the lyric translations because it adds so much meaning to the videos! Thanks for reacting to VIXX, you made a Starlight happy!

Hyde would be the next one from them. They had great concepts. They haven't done a song together in some time and some members are currently serving in the army. I would also say try TXT's Eternally! Only video I was actually scared watching lol probably because of the tension!
