CPI(consumer price index) its a measure of the average change overtime in the prices paid by mostly urban areas and other areas in a country, and this includes even rent and property, about healthcare professor you’re 100% percent correct, we need to bring back the nyayo wards and stock them with medicines and all requirements. What you saw about Ruto is what is known as a perspective view, a stone in Mars is seen to be a human being by some person. Ruto was nowhere in the Kisumu people's menu. I need not tell you that I was at the site, Luos characteristically like visitors and marvel at the speeding cars and motorcades. Uhuru will not directly endorse anyone as many expect because this may leave his tribe in a brushed situation, everyone from the opposing side will hate Kikuyus and send them to Uhuru man and that is why BBI is dear to him as this will lead to consensus leadership and he will be leaving them with money and peace to further their economic prosperity. Deep-state and endorsement are old fashions, however, Uhuru appears to be preparing someone to succeed him at this moment, and he knows what he is doing!
