@7:34 I've made it a habit to call hot routes even on runs. Didn't know about the run stuff, will have to check if I can flip a run during a pass to keep people from keying in on my QB

You technically can call a flip in shotgun on a run such as speed option and some double rb sets have runs that are balanced both ways in the set and they flip with the stick.

I’m pretty good at the game I’m ranked 142 online but I just have problems with people who cheese blitz and rpos. I made it to this rank playing normal football now I have to get on KZbin to figure out how to stop all these cheese plays to get to top 100.

It really comes down to play recognition and the player just cuz you sit in the lane or break on the ball don't mean the defense reacts like the cpu in same situation I played the cpu and they completely took away all rpo and playaction I hate to just run empty and run plays straight up the gut

Need a better F twins over defense from Alabama pb etc. The jet touch pass. I've tried cover 1,cover 2, cover 3 ,quarters, and run commit from cover 0. But for whatever reason, more than half of the time, everyone gets blocked, and I give up a big run. This is the only play that gives me issues, and I play Alabama 90% of the time in the heisman division. The run commit works the best, but it's hit or miss. The other issue with that formation is the hb screen to the opposite side of where the jet pass is going.

My go to is using the nickel over G or 33 mint. I use man coverage as a base defense, have defensive out flip on and when im anticipating the sweep base off there habits or know there tendencies , id move the cb slot wider then normal and user the motion man following the sweep dude and take away the edge to force him back in

I've labbed D for it using cover zero. I'll either hit them in the backfield for a five yard loss or give up a big play..Wasn't consistent enough. What i also found in the last day or so is using nickel dog buzz 3 from nickel double mug, spreading the Lb's and shifting the d line towards the twin reciever side, then put the lb on the side of the slot cb in a hard flat, and manning up the rb with the wk side lb and the safety in the 3 rec. To guard the jet pass and hb screen. If only db's could shed blocks from the fkn qb 🤣blit@OscarSales-im1fm

I typically don't use tier 1 teams so I'm at a speed disadvantage most times. If someone breaks free they're usually outta there.

Im a former football player and i use my knowledge of the game to help me. Needless to say I’m REALLY good at the game. Online im currently 31-6 (2 of my losses coming from desyncs/disconnections) but i can’t stop the speed option to save my life. I had a guy running it 40% of the game cheesing and i barely beat him. I tried every defense 4-4, 3-4, Nickel and couldn’t stop it. So my question is, is there anyway to shut down the speed option?
