Watching this conservative constitutional scholar literally looking snd sounding shattered, and heartbroken as he observes current SCOTUS completely abandon the constitution that is like the heart of his being. Hr among others have written like 50 page amicus briefs to SCOTUS in the hopes of supporting the necessity and applications of these constitutional issues as they apply to these decisions. We have some outstanding and fearless voices among the Democrats in the house that are stuck wasting their time with the insanity of the house GOP, and have to constantly be on the defensive. The mechanism of the actual electoral process might be something more Americans (should direct their energy towards) rather than shame.
