This scene....one of the hardest of all the movie. Nanatchy open herself and we understand why she hate being touched : too many children touched her and she witnessed their pain. She let go everything she keep for herself during so much time : her fear, her culpability, her pain (mental pain). She couldn't forgive herself because, according to her, she is the one who did it to the poor children : "it's like i killed them with my own hands!"
