The habit of saying, "mmm" or something similar is very common for everyone, including native speakers, so don't feel bad about doing it - it's perfectly normal. The person who commented about not doing it when speaking in public may be right, but I don't think you need to worry about it here as your videos have a much more conversational, less formal and relaxed style to them, which is part of what makes your videos so pleasant to watch.
