Your English-speaking skills are really improving very significantly, Takuya. The habit of saying, "mmm" or something similar is very common for everyone, including native speakers, so don't feel bad about doing it - it's perfectly normal. The person who commented about not doing it when speaking in public may be right, but I don't think you need to worry about it here as your videos have a much more conversational, less formal and relaxed style to them, which is part of what makes your videos so pleasant to watch.
