SOLUTION TO NO BRUSH 39 In brush settings there are numbers under some of the brushes. The Brush that Mighty uses in brush settings is number 112. YW

In Photoshop CC 2018 there is no Brush Spatter 39 :( anyway nice tutorial keep it up!

Hmm I guess I should have updated before making the video. Any Spatter will do, especially since you change the size afterwards anyway. I hope this helps.

I had the same trouble, but figured it out watching other tutorials. When you have the pen tool selected, on the top tool bar, make sure that path is selected instead of shape.
