Upon unboxing, I was immediately upset at how the rails were very noticeably bent. But I kept going, all tools needed to assemble were included kzbin.infoUgkxqtX4Dxs6aecAZEuz6GY5-d81YecKCshn and I had it set up in about 30 minutes. Honestly I love this thing, make sure to read the measurements and measure your space so you know if it'll work for you. I bought this to put inside my closet, underneath where I hang my clothes and it is absolutely perfect! It is VERY sturdy and all drawers glide easily and mine are stuffed, and they are still flush when closed.

W O W!! This is just STUNNING!! Your attention to detail (not to mention a TON of patience🙂) is truly amazing. I’ve binge watched your videos over the past couple of days and each piece is more gorgeous than the next. In addition to your artistic talent with each piece, I appreciate how you also seal off the interior of the body (not just cover the drawers) from overspray. I see some great furniture restorers/flippers completely transform a piece, but the have overspray when they spray the body itself. This extra step you take gives every piece a different level of professionalism.

I admit... When I saw the thumbnail, I didn't expect this -- FOR CONTEXT: I had recently seen a video from someone else who glued on some paintable wallpaper to the drawer-faces of a dresser to give it texture, and then just painted the whole thing one chalky kind of color (mind you, it was labelled "farmhouse makeover" not MC) and it ended up being an okayish endeavor with a somewhat boring result. What got me when I saw the thumbnail for this, was that I couldn't tell in the thumbnail if it was wood detail between the painted portions of the dresser, or if you had painted it too, so, I clicked and went straight to the end to look at the end product -- and I was like, "wait... definitely wood, and that texture on the drawers is definitely not just some sort of wallpaper..." it actually almost looked like leather to me at first. I went back and saw that you hand-cut, -routed, -sanded, -glued and -trimmed, -sanded, -filled, -sanded, and -polished up that texture on the front before carefully mixing and airbrushing it with that lovely satin-y green. ). Wow. Just... WOW. Stunned with your attention to detail and quality. I love that the airbrushed paint still left some wood grain detail... Instant subscriber.

You see people get bent out of shape over upcycling beautiful mid-century furniture with stick on moulding and dixibell paint... yeah actually I'm probably included in that 🤣 It was really damaged and beautifully done so even if its not my taste, I appreciate that it was given a new lease on life by a crafts person.

That finish router would not be able to turn that huge bit. No safety with clamping the workpiece while routing the edges. This from a wood worker who started with the little tools you show. You could be giving false hope to beginners.

Hi, I have a masking related question for you. It's hard to tell from the video, which was mostley very informative, but did you take the masking tape off after each coat of paint? Or were the coats of paint all in the same day and you too the tape off at the end of the day? I was just wondering how you got the paint not to tear away after the paint dried if the coats were on different days.

Hello! After you glue on the smaller front pieces, do you add anything on top to weigh them down and hold them in place? It seems like clamping all those would be impossible. You are so talented, and I love seeing you work. The final results are pure art!
