I just got a brand new nozzle set from a friend for Christmas and will be doing loads of practicing... few weeks ago,we had the cake & cupcakes done by Crumbs and Doilies for our tea party wedding and it stole the show.We had some vegan ones too and just so so pretty.When we went to pick them up from where they were doing them,everything looked so pretty and clean and the people there were so sweet!Plus they let us change the colours on the cake,just in love with this company really

I'm always surprised when food places don't wear rubber gloves. We didn't back in the 90's in a cake factory I worked in, but with the whacky UK health and safety I thought by now everyone touching food for the public would have to. Interesting video, I enjoyed it. Thanks.

Wearing gloves defeats the purpose anyway since most will keep them on for the entire day. I'd much rather people felt how dirty their hands were and made an effort to keep them clean.

Gloves are gross and make your hands all sweaty, and they're extremely inconvenient when you need precise dexterity. I do recommend using them when colouring fondant though.
